All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after payment confirmation and order verification. Delivery times begin after shipment.
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
Orders shipped via Overnight or Expedited may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
If a package cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, the carrier will attempt re-delivery. Please check with the carrier regarding their held package policy.
