What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes XS through XXL for most items. Beanies are one size fits most. Please check the individual product page for available sizes for each item. If you need a specific size that's not listed, contact us at GoddessClothing@outlook.com.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after order processing. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping is available for 1 business day delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping fees apply based on destination.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on expanding our shipping options. Follow us on social media for updates!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven't entered processing. After that, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us immediately at GoddessClothing@outlook.com to request cancellation.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll either send a replacement at no charge or process a full refund. We cover all return shipping for defective items.

How do I care for my gothic clothing?

Most items can be machine washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Check the care tag on each item for specific instructions. We recommend:

  • Machine wash cold water
  • Lay flat or hang dry
  • Iron on low heat if needed
  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
